The Wesley Community is seeking an Employee Health Screener! Currently hiring for a Part Time Day and Evening position working from 5:45 am - 2:15 pm or 2 -8 pm, including every other weekend.

As an Employee Health Screener, supporting the mission of Wesley Community will include the following responsibilities:

  • Screening all those entering the building for fever of 100.0 or higher and for any other contagious illness including any respiratory symptoms
  • Ensuring the individual signs in, provides them with mask, and reminds them to perform frequent hand hygiene
  • Utilizing a thermometer to take the temperature of all individuals entering the facility
  • Wiping down routinely any devices including pens and thermometers, utilized during screening after use
  • Monitoring individuals awaiting in line for screening to ensure individuals are maintaining 6 ft distancing and wearing a mask
  • Informing staff to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and report to employee health or their Supervisor if they are feeling ill or are experiencing any respiratory symptoms at any time during their shift
  • Additional clerical duties may be assigned


  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous clerical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
